“this film might be the purest possible distillation of Nolan’s own cinematic philosophy” - The Prestige

Interstellar is fantastic up until a bit of a head-scratcher ending. Until that point the only twist is acknowledging the theory of relativity. It’s definitely worth a watch.

I did not think Tenet was “a joy to watch”. Except for the freeway chase sequence, I hated every second of this self-indulgent garbage. The deliberate decision to make the dialog unintelligible is completely baffling.   

Oppenheimer aside, a Nolan list where The Prestige isn’t at the top strikes me as somewhat suspect.

Every build was hit, meta or not. But also if you’re struggling in WT2, you’re probably missing/misunderstanding some core systems. At that level, the amount of legendary drops mostly doesnt matter except for some specific builds. You can/should be making your own legendaries by taking your best rolled rares and…

That means he could have hated the romantic pairing or was referring to the Canto Bight plot, it doesn’t mean he doesn’t like working with Asian people and I'm sure you know that and are just baiting but damn it I'm falling for it. 

Yeah, Finn didn’t have a lot to do in TLJ. From an actor’s POV, sure, I can get while he might not have been thrilled with it.

So, there you have it: A personal and respectful ranking of these three films, which will definitely not cause the entire internet to implode in the manner that basically every argument about the relative merits of the sequel trilogy has over the last decade or so of online movie-going fandom.

I don’t think this works when the microtransactions are cosmetic only. I think you’re either willing to spend real money on that stuff or you know you’re just never going to because it’s stupid. 

That Nolan! Very pretentious indeed to not have 15 mintutes of unporposeful, raw fucking in his movie about the development of the atomic bomb.
