I love coconut anything, and you are wrong, lol. That cupcake looks woozy- with anticipation! I like Almond Joy candy bars, those red (raspberry?) coconut Zingers, girl scout Caramel Delights, and homemade coconut pies and cakes. I grew up sprinkling coconut on my Jello instant pudding. Toasted is even better!
