Dead Space 2 was kind of like this: survival-based, but in an ultra-futuristic environment. I loved Dead Space’s UI as well because it was an immersive HUD that wouldn’t pause the game, which made things scarier. If it had been in first person, I probably would have died of a coronary. ;(
I hear sirens:
I was in university when I played Doom and I found it scary. Of course, I also played networked multiplayer on it, on ‘cid, which was fun.
Based on my assessment of the average internet commenter (especially YouTube posters), I suspect that altruistic motives aren't likely to be as successful as arguments couched in self-serving motivations, unfortunately. :(
And accessibility should be an issue of concern to all gamers because you never know when you might have an accident and perhaps lose a finger or two, which you once relied on to play your favourite games, and thus you can no longer play these games that you once loved to play.
Yeah, you would have thought that game makers and console makers would have done this a long time ago, so that in a game, rather than assigning a function to specific buttons explicitly, they would have assigned a function to a variable, to which a default button is assigned, but can be changed. Then, if someone…
Definitely. I'm glad they are making an effort to be inclusive, because a lot of gamers are differently abled in some way, and standard control schemes can be hell.
Damnit, I want this for Xbox! *sobs*
/#1 change: remap knifing in CoD so I don't accidentally try to knife because I pushed too hard down on the thumbstick :P
Or just FODMAP sensitive? ;)
I would, however be interested in a game based on Fred Saberhagen's _Lost Swords_ books.
I'm not sure there are any large corporations these days that are stable, though.
Ditto. First time hearing about these people. But I'm not much for anime (being a geek of Japanese descent who learned about most anime from white otaku friends, this is clearly ironic). I am fascinated by weird internet phenomena such as this, though.
I think, just like Respawn's Titanfall, this game of all games could have used a single-player campaign that really got people into the universe and backstory. I can understand subsequent sequels not necessarily needing one (although at this point, much like their old Halo franchise, people were eagerly awaiting the…
I tried to purchase via Chrome before but it didn't work, but I'll try again. Thanks. :)
*Rant begins*
I think something got broken or was compromised when Origin was hacked during Xmas, because so many accounts that existed before that hack can no longer properly process PayPal, CC transactions, even if the credentials were there before (and won't let you add them or authorize them after). Maybe it was…
I would, but I promised myself I wouldn't buy anything from any Amazon store until they start paying their warehouse workers proper wages and allow them to unionize and receive the same kind of job security as anyone else:

I wouldn't know: I've been trying to purchase it on Origin since this past Xmas when it was on sale, and EA still won't take my money.
#OriginIsTerrible #YUNoTakeMyMoneyEA?
Yeah, I hope they incorporate it into multiplayer RPGs. :)
Wouldn't it be just as dangerous if he actually believed Wu contacted him, even if she hadn't actually? It doesn't matter that it's not real, if he acts on this information believing it's real.
He already seems mentally unbalanced enough that he seems on the verge of a psychotic break from reality (I mean, the fact…
