I'm pretty sure HalomanZero was satirizing a common argument amongst fanboiz. ;)

/in before "It's not about graphics/has faster RAM argument"

I'm a guy and used to live in a sketchy part of Toronto, and sometimes had to wait for the late night bus at odd hours, and had a couple of vehicles slow and/or stop right in front of me before moving on. I couldn't tell if they were checking me out or checking out this seedy-looking bar that the bus stop was located

Heh, I used to live in Ottawa and was thinking the same thing: I had a job interview in 2008 at the Starbucks in that mall, and afterwards I went and bought a pair of Nikes at that Globo.

Heh, and I was in Best Buy at the Eaton Centre tonight; was wondering why there was a line-up of people with games in hand. I guess I should have asked. ;P That's what I get for not checking RedFlagDeals every day. *sob* I could have returned my pre-ordered Ghosts unopened back to EB Games, got my money back, got

I actually like this type of balancing mechanic than the Scorestreaks/Killstreaks from CoD, which only reward the best killers (or best campers :P) with... even more power to kill people? Seems backasswards: the best killers don't need the extra help, but the people who go 2-18 kdr do.

I really hate it when I see

I'd kind of lost interest in it, after the lacklustre first episode... but then I heard Saffron Burrows was joining the team.

I've loved her since Wing Commander (yes, I enjoyed that movie... in the theatre, even ;) ), and was disappointed when 'My Own Worst Enemy' was cancelled. Glad to see she's getting some work

I agree: at least it's not cultural appropriation. Unless it counts as appropriation of the original Takara Tomy toys. ;)

You really need to stop living up to your username.

And if she doesn't choose Xbox One Hotel, you chose the wrong girl. ;)

/unless she chose PS4 apartment, of course
//where is PC Master Race Mansion?

On the plus side, you no longer have to check-in every 24 hours or risk losing your room. ;P

Good point. Not to mention parallel universes, other dimensions, etc.

Heh, maybe they should have yet-another-Shepard story where an alternate-timeline self comes back to 'fix' the ME3 ending. Because time travel is possibly the one trope/cliche the Mass Effect franchise did _not_ abuse. ;P

/kidding!

Also, it would be nice to have more of an 'Elite' feel to the game, so you can scoot around the galaxy upgrading your ship as well, trading, espionage, etc. Like a Millenium Falcon RPG or something (there's a thought, Disney). A little more 'open world' (open galaxy?) and a little less 'on rails' gameplay would be

"He says that on the evening of April 4 he actually unplugged and got himself off social media."

Irony or apropos that the person advocating, via social media, an 'always online' position on the internet, is forced by the internet via social media into a position where he might appreciate why some people might not want

Seriously? Now I kinda regret not picking up the sadly abused (but new) copy of th CE I saw collecting dust at Best Buy.

Welcome to my (and probably everyone else here's) Steam library. ;P

Yeah, I'm interested in what Respawn are going to be doing with Microsoft's cloud servers and Titanfall's combination single-/multiplayer. Not sure if it will be what makes me decide on which next gen console to get, but I am interested in the gameplay, and anything that can improve hit registry and latency in online

No. I have one and it's collecting dust... like my Leap Motion controller. ;P

/is sure he'll find a use for them some day...

I think that will only happen for Xbox One exclusives: otherwise, developers simply aren't going to be that interested in spending extra time, money, effort, resources, etc. to develop Kinect-only games or features for games which won't work or translate nearly as well to other consoles' motion sensor systems, and

I apologize if I've inadvertently co-opted the discussion focus from that of underrepresentation of black female comedians on SNL; in terms of intersectionality, I think there is always a danger in conflating the issues of various races, sexes, genders, sexual orientations, etc. under a common banner because depending
