I’ve never been anywhere where I’ve seen any enforcement of any rules or norms regarding those stupid fucking scooters. I can’t imagine a place that polices it to the point where someone would get scooped up and taken to jail for riding them on the sidewalk.

Are we sure they weren’t profiled for being LAPD? Everyone knows LA cops are always up to some shady shit.

I’m convinced the Cybertruck is what it is at this point because everyone sort of laughed at the initial concept, and Musk is so fragile that he decided to force it into existence in it’s near-original form rather than refining it into something that made sense.

The bullying is absolutely backfiring. You don’t lose votes when that stuff is working. The three reps from Texas are apparently getting threatened by the nutcases in the TXGOP as well, and all three dug in their heels.

LOVED when Ultra-MAGA Stefanik, during her introduction of Gym Jordan, commented that he has always been a great leader all the way back to his days as a wrestling coach and the ENTIRE democratic side of the aisle broke into great laughter. Fantastic unexpected comedy.

The fact that he lost votes between ballots means a lot. That they’re not holding a second vote later in the day means a lot. Jordan doesn’t have the support & has no idea where to get it.

It would have been great to have this a toggle-able feature.  I get that some people wouldn’t have wanted the commentary at all, but it would have been nice to at least have the option to turn it on.

OMG, a badge that enabled the Tsundere commentary would have been a perfect 100% reward.  Like I would absolutely play through the game again just to enjoy the snark.

I certainly wouldn’t oppose a bipartisan solution, but the Democrats shouldn’t just agree for free.

Genuinely don’t see a way out of this that doesn’t involve some kind of compromise between moderate factions.
