I think the word you’re looking for is “topical”, not “political”.

But, body cam footage is something recorded and watched after the fact. It doesn’t make sense to control someone with that view. That’s not even what the person who the cam is attached to is seeing in that view. What’s the point of this vs just first person?

I believe that it’s not true directly - I think they claim that they never sell data. I think they do profit indirectly, like maybe by selling advertising or some other vague way they claim it’s not “location data” but “customer profiles” or some other nonsense.
