Again - it’s not the idea, they even pretty much stole the name. 

Again - stealing a genre isn’t the same as stealing the specific art style and small details, including the name.  

“Genre” isn’t copying everything about a game right down to the details. 

It’s easy to copy something - it’s much more challenging to design and create something. The hard work is the creation.
