The reason you want NFTs to be a thing is that they’re only worth money if enough other people fall for the scam like yourself.

No it’s just sane rational people who hate them.

NFTs only have as much value as people want them to have. This is true of everything, but tangibles less so. That’s why SOME people are so desperate to make NFTs a thing; because they want their thing to have value because that’s the only way it will. 

They’re much harder on NFTs versus crypto, from my point of view; you may be conflating the two as often happens.
