Is it really a technicality when you were just told the specific rule and you clearly broke it? The game doesn’t have that many rules.

It has nothing to do with “semantics”. To take the position that a whole group of people decided this for “no reason” is nonsensical. And that’s not semantics, that’s literally what many people claim. 

I never said anything of the sort. I never said they were “speaking for all people everywhere”, whatever that means. 

How I “argue” doesn’t change their decision. Do you think the executives at Nintendo just do random things for no reason? 

I think there’s a difference between saying “I disagree with this” and “it doesn’t make any sense” - it clearly makes some sense to Nintendo. I don’t like this and I predict it will not be as popular. It’s like moving from a turn based RPG to an action RPG. Some people might want both but if you like the turn based tempo, you may not want this.

So their defense is that we knew it was unequal but we didn’t have the room? Basically they’re saying they knew there was a problem but didn’t do anything to solve it. Id almost say that’s worse. 

It seems more like fog than smoke, the way it flows down instead of up. 

Man I’m sure they make money, but I really find offering lootboxes makes me feel like the game/franchise is cheapened by their presence. I mean sure you can have them but it just seems scummy to me.

I’d argue that competitive/travel cheer is way way more popular than school based cheer by a large degree; but that’s just my guess. 

This isn’t that. This isn’t cheerleading for a team; this is doing cheerleading routines just for the sake of doing them. They’re a traveling competition team and they’re not attached to a school.

It’s coming. We as a society are going to have to figure out how to deal with it. Video/photo proof won’t be casual proof anymore.
