i get it, but the races take a minute and a half, so you might as well finish it and get the points/gold and then you can just try again. also most of the time they’re in first and get blue shelled or otherwise hit and you can be first anyway

99% of mobile games, if i see they’re landscape only i don’t even download them. if i want to play with two hands i’ll get on my switch or pc. i play mobile games to play one handed. guessing that could be their reason besides “everyone else does it that way” whatever that means lol

Dude the races take like 90 seconds and there’s literally no downside to losing and you get coins and there’s no cost. Why would you quit and retry lol

That’s silly; we all pay for temporary things all the time. 

Not every RPG is trying to be Suikoden. Some RPGs don’t want to be as hardcore. I mean ultimately it’s a game for kids...

Those are design choices, not because they’re “lazy”. 

Do they know they can automate this process...? Are they sending these codes out written by hand via USPS?

These are twice a month updates, so I never expect anything huge from each of them. The gold pass has been pretty useful for the first three tours; got a good amount of gems for Gold Rush to buy characters, and the free items (not tickets) were good.

I feel the opposite; the one handed play is perfect for quick playing. If it were landscape, I wouldn’t play. The alert when someone is behind you works for me.
