Only vote if you’re in a swing state, otherwise your vote has no effect whatsoever, and even then, the whole thing is rigged so it’s not even worth your time or effort.

It is outrageous how seriously the bloated human resources world takes itself, and usually anything done in the hiring process ends up having nothing to do with how that person works out as an employee.
