Uh...they are for charter schools, and deregulation...don’t you even read the TV reviews???

The people who made this list also loved Vice Principals, and gave The Righteous Gemstones great reviews this year. I think they like these shows just fine.

my grocery store is not the best. It’s expensive since it’s in the heart of downtown Toronto and is walking distance to thousands of condo dwellers. But it’s the best because it’s 1 minute from my condo, and I can therefore by my food for the night on my walk home from work, and it only adds 5 minutes or so to my

Lol, thanks for the full excerpt. It’s as dumb a question as I thought.

Right. I think editing the review is great...but maybe mention that you did? Not a good first start for Stephanie Williams on this site I have to say (and where are the editors? Did they all join the Deadspin walkout? I love this site, i hope this isn’t a warning sign...)

Best reunion was Seinfeld on season 7 of Curb Your Enthusiasm. Not sure that can be beat.

Right. Someone like Dickens didn’t write a novel, he serialized chapters in his magazine, so it made sense to spend time on things that are ultimately unimportant to the story, you are padding your weekly installment word count.

Well, a knife guard is a good idea for those in a drawer anyway, maybe the white handle is fine then as long as you don’t have the steel out in a drawer.

I was horrified at the dull knives my girlfriend used to chop/cut things. Sharp knives are so much safer than a dull knife. I’m slowly helping her get religion on this topic, lol. My finger scar from cutting potatos with a semi-dull knife helped convince her most of the way though “dull knives don’t cut through all

Part of the reason I disliked Splinter is:

...snippet not snipped...

I love PTA movies, from the hyper “movie” entertainment of Boogie Nights to the slower movies he makes now (Phantom Thread really lingered with me, such a good movie). I’m hoping this one goes back to something more “commercial” though.  I do miss PTA actually trying to engage a larger audience, even though I love his

I saw a snipped of the interview, maybe someone tweeted it, about “Herzog says he wasn’t intimidated to work with Favreau, he hasn’t seen any of his movies”, and I just thought “There is no way the interviewer asked him the question like that...is there?” Like, an adult didn’t ask a director of his stature if he was

I only watched “Flight of the Navigator” on Sunday afternoon “Wonderful world of Disney” in Canada, so I always knew this one. Or assumed it at least.

Nah, you know how many people are going to ask her for  hymen check on a regular basis now? That totally humiliated her.

To me the most glaring omissions are the lack of either of Danny McBride’s HBO shows (I’ll ignore Righteous Gemstones for now since it only had 1 season so far...although that didn’t stop Tuca and Bertie or Undone...). “Eastbound and Down” and “Vice Principals” both should be included, but if not both, at least one.

I like the Good Place a lot...but far too high. Bojack should take its spot.

“And it’s down and the maker has been sued to oblivion...”

Feige also shows a bit of life when talking about some upcoming MCU projects like The Eternals and Disney+’s WandaVision, saying they “might not be for you” if you’re “turned off by the notion of a human having extra abilities, and that means everything in which that happens is lumped into the same category.”
