I see a lot of those adapters breaking into the phone... It just doesn't seem sturdy to put an adapter into the accessory gadget, and then standing the phone on to the adapter with only that little peace holding it...

Is it microUSB compatible? No? They are making all Apple users switch from their proprietary connector to an other proprietary connector, although they signed and promised to go with microUSB. Nice one. Make your cult suffer a bit Apple, they need that though love to feel special...
