I personally find it extremely easy to tell when people are texting while driving. Besides the obvious swerving all over the place, I can see their head/eyes constantly going down to their lap from the side/rear mirrors while I’m behind them.
Burt Macklin, you sunuvabitch
Mine is $9 for a half gallon
Yeah, I bet the company whose entire business is centered around building tires forgot to make sure the weight is comparable to current offerings, did zero aero testing, and has never heard of rolling resistance. Better listen to the armchair physicists on this one.
Does it work with the pace car on the track?
The article doesn’t make any mention of using concentrated solar to create hydrogen. They say they want to use solar power to generate the electricity used to power the arc lamps which then creates the hydrogen. So you end up with the same losses as electrolysis except now you need a giant light array to do it
Either way, the KTRK reporting staff who worked on this article clearly have no clue about how manual transmissions work either. You don’t put a manual transmission “into drive”.
Good luck with that. How well have consumers been able to flex their “power” regarding telecom monopolies or utilities? What are people supposed to do, boycott only electricity that’s produced by coal-powered plants?
Not to mention from a structural standpoint additional material in a flat plane contributes next to no structural rigidity. If it were really a problem a few thin/short ribs running vertically/horizontally would work better than adding back in the hole material

Horsepower is a measurement of power. 0-60 is a measurement of acceleration, which is a function of horsepower, torque, AND the other aspects of the car such as weight, tire choice, etc. making it a true PERFORMANCE…
Russia has “democratic elections” too
SEGA is short for Service Games and CAPCOM is a merge of Capsule Computers
How much of that is actual manufacturing GDP vs the fact that so many over-priced tech companies are headquartered in Silicon Valley?
“Hence the name Canal City; they’re named after the Panama Canal.”
Sucks for the poor EPA intern who has to figure out a way to try and quantify worldwide animal farts
A lot has changed in the last 5 years. I’d be curious to see that last pie chart updated for 2016 as I suspect China will have ballooned even more.
But you’re not doubling the number of people you’re splitting it with. Just using dumb numbers here but if the fuel bill was $1000 before and there are 10 companies splitting the cost that means I’m paying $100. If fuel prices double now it’s $2000 to ship and since it’s still 10 companies my share is now $200 and…
