Tesla 3 with low center of gravity and 0-60 in 3 seconds is no fun?

All the tech is tesla compensates lack of stick. To each their own, I can easily see someone to cross shop two models: Fun compact hatches for city.

I can imagine Tesla3 being as much fun as golf R in the city: super fast acceleration, good handling, practical (somewhat)

especially 997 RS 4.0

Even if budget is $50k max, it doesn’t mean that you need to spend $50k on a car. I’d say CPO Lexus RC250 might be a good option - it’s not terribly expensive, reliable and not too fast. Going from 300Zx to 911 probably is a bad idea

It have nothing to do with age. If person is physically and mentally active, and was driving for many years - I see no issues here. some 79yo ppl drive way better then others at 60. Should we ask 60 yo people to stop driving?

First, I don’t understand why people recommend nit buying car at all? If person was driving 300Z daily and were ok with that I don’t see any reason to stop doing that just because of age or something.

Love TLC option: its comfy, luxuroius, reliable.Extra points, if you’re outdoorsy guy. May not be a best idea to spend $60k, I’d get one for a bit less, and get something cheap/fun for summer: from MX5/Gt86 to Silvia/rx7.

Is there a big difference between N55 and B58 for runing?
I guess you can so Stage 2 from N55 for price difference easily(235 CPO vs 240 CPO)

2 series can have X-drive and/or Automatic. And what’s more important: CPO. I don’t want to get one without CPO, no matter RWD or AWD.

Why would you buy this for $50, when you can get 235i for $30-35? I know, different engine, but performance is about the same

I’m with you here. And I think LMP1/2 should be least-restricted classes: unlimited everything and less restrictions.

Ironically that people buy big SUV for extra security if they crash.

Never know it can do that! Can I get one with AWD though?

Yes.. But let’s focus one those three ;)

It’s also smaller and more powerful then outback

And there’s a sportback. Which is technicaly a hatch, with elegant coupe-like lines, wide stance, but practical rear-door, which opens wide enough and allows you to carry big items. I’m looking at you: BMW 4-series, Audi A5 and Panamera.

I’m wondering what you can expect from this on Tsukuba.

Built into price. Bet you’ll get a bigger discount if you want to pay it cash.

Would like comparsion of new B58 to old N55. Worth going with a newer one? I ‘ve read article on speedhunters today and they said B58 is closed block now, and it’s way more reliable. Said with a mild tune and exhaust it gets to 457hp on the crank (~400 on the wheels).
