I saw that on /r/gatekeeping. Ridiculous! I know there are vegans out there who don’t pull this kind of shit, but it feels like they/’re constantly drowned out by wackjobs like this guy.

It’ll be nice when there’s a better birth control option for guys that isn’t just getting it all snipped, like a pill (which I heard they’re working on?). Until then, I would never trust a dude with anything more than putting on a condom, when it comes to BC. Pulling out just leaves way too much left up to human

Probably because far fewer people are going to be able to use that method perfectly. Whereas any idiot can use a condom (they don’t all, of course, but they could). I’d rather not place such heavy risk on human error.

I don’t feel especially horny (or really, very horny at all) at any given time of the month :( I honestly wish I did.

So the article saying ‘over 100', while technically correct, was a vast understatement.

That’s an awfully big stretch.

In 18 US states it’s illegal for pregnant women to drink. In the UK, it seems to can deny to serve anyone, including a pregnant woman, if you don’t give a specific reason. I believe that actually holds true for a lot of the US, too.

Uh, says who? I’m pretty sure bar staff can deny alcohol to almost anyone they want. They’re serving alcohol - not offering her a job.

Exactly. Sounds like the waitstaff did right by sincerely apologizing, and comping the drinks. I’m no doctor, but I can’t imagine any harm would befall the baby from literally one weak drink, especially a few weeks from delivery. Sounds like it was an honest mistake. I do agree with Salty that the management should

I feel there’s a heavy emphasis on exceptionally ;)

I’m afraid not - I’m actually smack-dab in the middle of the Midwest, lol. But the good news is I think my brother is pretty interested in going to see it with me. The hard part is working out a time (I work days, while he tends bar on evenings). Might be a bit before we can see it.

I’d totally join you, if we lived close together. I also feel like I have no one to watch horror movies with. My brother usually sees them with friends, and the only friend of mine who enjoys them is terribly flaky, and I honestly don’t really feel like dealing with it anymore. But Christ, do I miss regularly watching

Oh good grief, Lifehacker. Seriously? Because a relatively tiny percentage of the population used a symbol that was ALREADY popular and used for years and years, suddenly anyone who makes it is supporting racist ideals?

You’re right. A good person would totally be down for baby killing in all circumstances. My bad.

I adored JJ season 2 so much I binge-watched it in a few days. JJ has the spine I wish I had, lol. Trish drove me up the wall, though. She felt incredibly cringe-worthy.

I liked Ultron a lot as a villain, and the inclusion of the twins, but didn’t care for how Widow or Hawkeye were treated at all. I enjoyed the film enough to watch it several times, but compared to most all the others it’s pretty weak.

Did you not grow up somewhere where ketchup on eggs is common? I don’t do it myself (I only like ketchup as a dipping condiment for the likes of tots and fries), but around here it’s pretty common for people to put either ketchup or salsa on scrambled eggs. or breakfast burritos.

Ohh, the Osiris one. I gotcha! Fair enough. The campaign was alright, but fairly repetitive. The raid lair alone I feel is worth it, though. So much more fun than Calus, for me.

I have as little interest in some snotty internet jackass dictating what I should think to me as you no doubt do. Find someone else to bitch at and argue with.

It seems like a few open ends from D1 are getting their own related DLCs in D2, which I’m happy about, but the Orisis DLC really didn’t answer any questions we might of had about the guy. We got to see what he looked like, sounded like, and spent his time doing, and that’s about it. I hope the Rasputin one actually
