Zombies are always taking over America and they can't even run and shoot unlike North-Koreans.

This. It's kinda unrealistic to expect a big payoff if your band just isn't all that popular. About 6000 plays on Spotify sounds impressive, but is actually almost nothing: If each of the fans listened to the song 4 times, those plays would be by 1500 individuals, which is less listeners than one play on radio.

Comparison between song played on radio / Spotify doesn't really make sense. When you play a song on Spotify, you're the only one listening to it. When it's played on radio, it's listened to by all the people tuned in.

GOT already has Dr Feelgood's guitarist as Ilyn Payne, so add a bass player to the cast and you got a band going.

Disney dividend yield is about 1,2%, so 2 billion in shares creates about 24 million each year. So either nice sum for charity each year, or let it accumulate for 11 years to fund next John Carter (budget 250 million).

My pet peeve with music memoirs is that they are rarely, if ever, about *music*. Sure the stories about debauchery can be fun, but I'd like to get a feel for what it takes to create classic songs and albums and how much effort it takes to tackle a world tour etc. Sadly these parts are usually skipped over in most…

I wonder if Disney has been developing the next Star Wars film for a while now while they've been negotiating the deal. Just seems to me that 3 years is a very short time for developing (what must be) a super expensive film with multiple sequels.

Wow, Foodfight really seems like a perfect My Year of Flops candidate:
- Ridiculously awful trailer
- IMDB-rating 3.4
- Budget: 65.000.000$
- And best of all, completely irrational choice for director: the 65 million budget was commanded by a dude whose only previous director credit was from something called "Mortal…
