@mgpcoe: I am fairly certain that such a device does not exist. All iproducts require physical connections to sync.

What is the best way to deal with apathy? I am having a really hard time concentrating on school lately, in no way shape or form do I care about it. I can't find anything to change my views on it.

VOTE: DisplayFusion

@masterofTHUMBS: It doesn't have anything important on it, I backed up all of the movies I have on it. If it doesn't quit soon I think I am going to take it apart to see what's inside before I give it an honorable death.

I have an old Seagate drive that has had the click of death for at least 6 months now, bastard won't die. Whenever it does though I plan on testing this to see if it really works.

@Bonsai_halcyon: Perhaps getting a cat that is larger than your dog would help.

If I had larger monitors I might use this, but if I can't fit two full size web pages on the screen I don't really see the point. I tried it with FF and all it did was irritate me.

I think that the author of that post is generalizing life far too much. If you break everything you do into shit that doesn't matter to you or anyone else, what the hell is the point of living? If I apply for a job and I don't get it, I don't say fuck it and give up, I try again. Every situation has a positive and

My biggest files used to be virtual disk images. Moving them to external drives saves a little space but I also get a performance hit. Hurry up and get here USB 3.0

@Radio Silence: I don't buy things to help other people, I spend money for me. Come to think of it, I'm kind of a jerk.

I usually look for reviews on a site other than where it is being sold. I buy mainly gadgets online so I go to sites or blogs (at least 4 or 5), to try and get reviews from people who cannot hide behind the veil of anonymity. Or I go to a brick and mortar store to do my own hands on review, then go buy it from Amazon

I might install this on my netbook just to see what happens, but my desktop is gonna wait a couple months after the official release.

I like organizing my music manually, it's therapeutic for me. Plus it lets me get to know my library on a more intimate level.

@nolabar10der: I totally agree, and I keep my entire library tagged correctly. but my brother has about 60 mismatched genres, half his music is missing either album or artist name, I can't even look at his computer while iTunes is open.

@Ian: what do you mean, like use it for personal use, or sell it? Using something for your eyes only should be ok, pirating something and selling it on the corner in chinatown is a little less forgivable.

@jamesf3i: I think you hit the nail on the head, you believe that print, electronic, it does not matter, others believe that you can't steal something you can't hold in your hand.

I only have two loan payments left on my car, (two more months of debt!) but the next time I am thinking about a big purchase that amortization calculator will really come in handy.

I might try this to split an external drive into 16 gig partitions now that you can use external hard drives on the 360.

one of these days when I get some money to spend on something besides food and loans I may look into it, not sure if that day will ever come though
