I don't think this episode felt rushed. I mean Korra already overcame most of her problems in the first 8 episodes of this season. Visiting Zaheer was the last stretch in her journey of recovery, and it was handled perfectly in my opinion. Nothing really seemed out of place this episode, but that's just me.

My theory is that everything the Lich said will come into fruition, but it will be Martin that does all of the evil dead's. He's already commanding a great and terrible army, and he is sailing the universe on his starship. I still don't wan't to believe that Martin is Finn's real dad. So I will keep on dreaming that
