The majority of console gamers aren’t concerned with mods. Nobody is picking up a new console for the holidays thinking “I’m doing this for Skyrim/Fallout 4 mods”. Anyone interested in that route got both of those games long ago.

idk. PSVR made it look like fun to play party games with family in VR with Playroom VR. It can be done if they opened their minds a little bit. They implemented a similar type of play with their WiiU tablet.
