I don’t have specific numbers but yes the pro helps in vr run better. It’s all depending on the title of course. The frame rate lock you’re thinking of is just a base FPS so people don’t get sick as easily, but the pro can help games run at a higher or more stable frame rate for a smoother experience. 

Lol dude where are you seeing anyone in that thread say there’s a 30 day limit? Yeah, the expiration date Einstein. If I buy a year of plus guess what, that expiration date is a year later. So I can take my console offline for the whole entire year and be A-ok.
