I was pretty lucky...I pushed out the start date of my old gig until about a week after my son was born (on Father’s Day in Vegas back in 2015!).
Whenever we go on roadtrips, we only drive for 6-8 hours a day. Makes it a lot more enjoyable.
We do this a lot...sometimes my wife asks “what are we going to do today”, with a typical response “I don’t know, let’s get into the car and start driving”.
I’ve found that those make for the best days.
The project I’m on now is really stressful (long story), so I look forward to going out with my family on the weekends. I’m very much not a homebody, so I have to be out of the house.
Trying this as well because I’m tired of smelling my son’s stank feet and sandals (he’s rocking the Tevas).
I KNOW WHAT I HAVE
Coincidentally, there’s an OG NSX in the Seattle metro area for $290/day. Seems to be the bargain of the lot (including Portland).
I’m fine with the report, as long as the information is correct.
I’m pretty old school in my parenting...I’m sure that a lot of millennials are dying on the inside when they hear me parent my kid, but what they don’t understand is that I don’t want my child to turn out like them LOL.
My son knows that I love him more than anything else in the world, but he also knows that I mean…

Oh ok cool
Don’t they also have the legit vents to cool the rear brakes?
Oh ok, that’s fair. Thank you for sharing that with me.
Oh wow, that’s good to know.
If he had walked, I was going to go to a different place and do my own PPI, then address any actual issues so that I can compare my PPI with whoever the buyer used for theirs.
Does CA mandate parental leave, or is that your employer?
I played sports throughout school and did some semi-pro ball in my 20's. That being said, I’ll introduce sports to my kids, but if they’re not feeling it, then they can go pursue other things. It’s far more important to me that they’re happy and passionate about what they’re doing in life (since that’s my life motto).
Thank you for these tips! I have a two year old son that I adore, but drives me nuts because he has to get into everything (although I also love that about him).
