The continuity's not just remarkable, it's amazing. It's hard enough to be consistent for almost fifteen years; Timm, Dini, McDuffie, Dos Santos, etc. created a consistent universe chronologically out of order and still made it work, sneaking in increasingly overt connections throughout their later shows without ever

I just watched the four-parter again a few days ago, and it really is tremendous (though this episode is the best of the four). This is what elevates Justice League over B:TAS. There are so many scenes, be they action or discussion, that are absolutely riveting and clearly made by people at the height of their

That's my biggest complaint about ME2; why can't I go back to Garrus' hideout from when he was Archangel? Or Mordin's clinic? Or the port in Samara's recruitment mission? Or the VIP section of Afterlife? ME2 often feels kind of closed in and small if you're not going through the story at all times, as there's only a

And I did hear it was a pretty good palate cleanser after that ending…I think will pirate it, and then buy just the game when it's on sale, to salve my conscience and to play the multiplayer, which has no business being as good as it is.

Ugh. I couldn't even watch a full minute of that.

See: Remember Me.
I started the game knowing it was mediocre, but I wanted to see the art direction and the soundtrack was surprisingly great.
I still want my twelve hours back. The art book is far better than enduring its story, terrible voice acting and protagonist-centred morality.

Haven't played it, unfortunately. I have ME3 for the 360, and was considering getting it for PC when it goes down to $5 again, but I'll be damned if I spend that on the base game and then $50 CAD for the four main DLC.
This is one of those rare occasions were I'd actually feel justified pirating the damn thing.

I haven't had blind faith in a game in a number of years, but I've made an an exception for The Witcher 3.
If I get burnt by this game it will be heartbreaking.

There was crafting?
I only ever picked up crafting materials for the 200 XP.

It wasn't hard to see Infamous: Second Son and Watch Dogs' use of "BIG SOCIAL THEMES!" in their E3 trailers as a potential marketing ploy, and in hindsight it's even more obvious that's just what they were.

Poor DA2. If they'd presented it as an expansion (drop the "2", the price and the filler) we'd all recall it a little more fondly, and there's far too many good aspects of the game to dismiss it entirely.
DA2's time to be reconsidered will occur if DAI is great, but I hate to think of the reaction if it receives the

With every new Ubisoft game, I become more convinced that their "many teams for each game" approach is harming rather than helping them.

In AC3 they don't even bother pretending; he straight up just says he's from Quebec, and then like seemingly every character in that game, he disappears for no reason after being a part of a quarter of the narrative.

But then he wouldn't have his "iconic cap"!

Occupation: Blood Donor

Am I the only one who hates Aiden's design, specifically his clothing? Every single time I see him, my first thought is that he dresses like someone who spends all day, every day on 4chan and uses terms such as "l33t" in everyday life.

"Maybe a noir mystery/thriller action game (complete with voice over narration) starring a young Garrus."
FUCK YES BLADE RUNNER IN MASS EFFECT. I've had that exact same idea for a few years, though with a new turian. The Citadel's massive, and to me it feels like we've barely scratched the surface of potentially

Aiden could have been literally anyone, and they went with the most boring, seen-it-before interpretation.
Kind of sounds like an analogy for the game, actually.

Shaun of the Dead
Budget: $6 million
Box office: $30 million

I know, but I'd figured that I was fully desensitised to the insanity of superhero comics. I guess I'm not.
