A kickstand (the minimal ones on sportbikes especially) can sink into fresh asphalt on a hot day. Try to park on concrete when it’s hot or put something under the stand. I use to carry a small circle of plywood. Also allowed me to park on grass or dirt lots without worry.

I think you’re thinking of at-will employment. At-will means the employer can fire you for whatever reason. Right to work has to do with unions.

the 1st amendment only protects you from the government, not your employer. Not sure why so few people can understand that.
