Actually it isn’t always as black and white as you make it appear to be. A company can ask that a certain task or job be performed for a certain price and completed under certain specific circumstances by a stated date. It is up to the contractor to accept/decline that particular job at the stated price. What drives

That happens for domestic trips (as policy), sometimes for Economy Plus on international flights (as a courtesy by FA or gate attendants) , but I’ve not seen this as a policy on any of the U.S. airlines for international flights.

Yes, the electronics. I have a 2019 RRS. I am already having hiccups with the dual touch screens. On occasion they decide to stop responding to your touch or to forget that there are presets and to fire up as if you had never entered any information in the past (seat settings, mirrors, radio station presets all fall

If all evidence had yet to be reviewed or considered, wouldn’t ruling out any cause that early be premature and unwarranted? Why would a potential cause be ruled out before the investigation is complete?

Those tags are Authorized Agent tags which are only issued by dealers. It appears that this car was purchased by a dealer and now the dealer or agent is trying to sell/flip it.

SQUID - U is for underdressed aka no gear. You’ll see many squids wearing a t-shirt and shorts and sometimes even flip flops while riding (crazily) on the streets. It’s just a matter of time before they rub off sheets of skin and muscle on a fall.

Try a visit to SF if you want to see piles of human waste on the sidewalks next to used syringes.

The loaves from the bakery (and bagels, etc.) all turn rock hard after a day or two when left out. I now wrap them in a plastic grocery bag or 2 and store them in the refrigerator. They can easily last 1+ weeks or enough time for you to actually enjoy your purchase.

Adblock Plus and uBlock Origin = no autoplaying videos and no ads at all.

I have both uBlock and Video Autoplay Blocker as Chrome addons and don’t have any issues with videos on this site.

You should try it, add a bit of butter and salt (dried cilantro too) in the water when cooking rice. If you’ve ever tried Chifa, a Chinese/Latino cuisine combination often found in Peru, Chile, and Ecuador, you’d come across this method of cooking rice.

If you don’t carry a phone then you wouldn’t have included a mobile number on your reservation for them to reach you via text but rather some other way of contacting you, such as email or home phone. The restaurant or service would try to contact you that way.

No tag I see. Is she not currently on the road?

In what world does requesting a spec sheet on a car, a Carfax report, and a price quote on said car equate to being demanding?

What a sad and sorry life you lead - writing lengthy diatribes which nobody reads, with nothing to do with your life other than to sit on forums all day long. Pitiful.

Dude, you need to CTFD, really, child in a semi-adult body with a like-minded acumen.

Flights cancelled due to weather cost airlines a considerable amount and create a logistical nightmare so they only do so when safety factors come into play. Bad weather is outside of the airline’s control so expecting Delta to do anything more than rescheduling you and maybe provide a token meal voucher is

Many Asian restaurants use spaghetti in their dishes today. It’s readily available everywhere and the familiarity of this type of pasta may help attract a wider audience to the dishes. Most traditional foods from all over the world are modified to a certain extent to appeal to the local consumer, and may uses “modern”

You missed my original comment that maybe the cooks today may have opted to use the modern day ketchup in this traditional Cantonese dish to obtain the sweet & savory component of said dish.

That’s why I said the original fish saucey type of condiment variety wasn’t used because the dish would be a savory/savory dish. As for the name, everything I can find refers to the word ketchup as an anglicized form of the Chinese word, not an play on “catch all”.
