The inherent problem with the ending as it is isn't necessarily that it doesn't take your previous choices into account and alter accordingly (although this is a problem with it it isn't the biggest), the true problem is that it wipes out all the previous choices made.

I have watched every ending to the game and almost none of his questions were answered in any of them. Maybe partial answers here and there but the overall idea still applies.

I feel like you are missing something here. The gameplay is normally sufficient for a game to be good. However Mass Effect was different. Many, if not most, of us played Mass Effect because the story, universe and characters were fascinating and we connected to them on an emotional level.

I only got about three paragraphs into that before the issues started piling up. As IndigoHawk points out the author quickly fails to see how all of his favorite parts of the story are wiped out by the ending that he is trying to praise.

While I too agree that the Indoctrination Theory is probably what happened you really need to cool down a bit. There is a ton of evidence to support the IT but it is by no means a definitive answer. To act like it is just shows your close mindedness.
