@jpverkamp: Siphon detects all new add-ons without needing you to go through the "add to collection" process... so it may be faster. It's the first thing I install, and it lets me go down the list & install everything else extremely quickly.

@Oranges w/ Cheese has 2 cats! ahahaha.: You can check the "ignore" option, and the "nags" will stop.

@JMershon: This is better because when you install an add-on on one computer/profile, it automatically tells all the other computers/profiles attached to the same account that there's a new add-on to sync and gives you almost instant install capability... instead of having to do the standard "add to collection" then…
