“We need some level of closure or a sign that we can stop worrying about losing our jobs.”
“Scientists believe this is due to bear’s lack of thumbs, and thus an inability to use a key fob.”
I took a few days off from the internet and missed the whole bear thing. It’s wild coming back and wondering wtf everyone is talking about and why my various feeds are flooded with bear memes.
Even as a guy, I’d prefer the bear (as long as no cubs are present). Most bears don’t care for humans as food, so the odds are in your favor that they either ignore you, run away, or simply want you gone. Polar bears are the considered the exception, though, and will actively hunt & eat people.

Come on guys it was bearly a snack...
What if the bear had setup the driver to crash?
When I read the headline I was hoping the bear dragged the man to safety.
Which is why nothing will change. Musk needs to go but the people with the power to boot him will never get rid of him. Tesla will end up crashing & burning.
If you don’t like it here then fuck off. Nobody’s making you click on content you don’t like.
There is only one person Tesla needs to fire, and it is the lying liar who keeps on lying, right at the top.
I think about the blob thing all the time. A car from 2014 does not feel nearly as old *today* as a car from 1994 did in 2004. Are the majority of these cars dying at 200k, i.e. unsafe to drive or constant repairs cost as much or more than a car payment? If so that’s fine, people don’t need a new car every 3-4 years anyway. That was fueled from the top by consumerism and from the bottom by “keeping up with the Joneses”. Status via conspicuous…
He’s leaning further into his alternate reality that he is a Tony Stark genius and he doesn’t needs employees to run a business.
and more focus on 100% uptime and expansions of existing locations
I’ve never understood the idea that people would want EVs as a rental car. Going to a location like a hotel or VRBO, not knowing if there’s charging stations nearby (or how to use them, if ICE is all you know)...seems like a nope. Not a headache I want to deal with while traveling for biz...
you need to run the math on the continued use cost or mothballing cost to keep these on the books and “trickle” them out slower. The added depreciation is likely not worth the wait. Also, they are probably balancing when to take the loss on the overall financial year.
Also, let’s be frank, the old CEO was ousted after…
