I don’t know man, it’s hard for me to think a rape victim would include a“lol” in a text about the case or would characterize her rape case in utilitarian terms like that. You are entitled to your opinion though but it does look bad.

Honestly, the only thing that text shows me is that she was pretty sure she’d win. She’s not like “I’m about to get rich!”, she’s texting someone that it looks like she owes money (or furniture?) to, and explaining how she’s going to be able to pay for it. Her dad gives her cash for xmas and she’s got a court case…
