I wouldn't call the Android Market anemic. There's still a massive amount of apps to play with. And rampant piracy? No. Sure, I bet there's some but rampant? I think there's over a hundred million Android users. That should be more then enough of an incentive to make an Android app.

I am listening and it's complete BS. It's simple, if the problem with FaceTime is the bandwidth, then there's many, many other things out there that suck up more bandwidth on the monthly basis then FaceTime. I can tear the hell out of my bandwidth on my Nexus by using Video Chat, Netflix and YouTube HD over the

I think you are over estimating how many people use FaceTime. How is using FaceTime any different then viewing YouTube? And I'm willing to be there's many, many more people using YouTube over the network then FaceTime.

It's kind of odd that FaceTime is blocked by the carriers but video chatting with Google Talk or Google Hangout has never been an issue.

I could be wrong, but the "pink goop" is just used as a cheaper filler. So even if they didn't use it, another filler would be used.

OMG, ZING! Oh wait, he never mentioned Android.

"Does that feel natural? You're balancing an equation with a long, strenuous, and ultimately non-sustainable activity."

Because it's the easiest name to describe the next iPhone.

You're one of those people that are just ready to jump on Google about anything, no matter how irrational it is. They added a button next to a button and you spaz as if 90% of your screen is being covered up. It's also only on Google pages, you know, the service that they are giving to you for free.

Maybe, but without someone stepping up and taking chances, we aren't going to advance as race. There may be reactor accidents in the future but we'll learn from them and build it better.

To me, the concept of Apps is that they are lightweight programs designed to overcome the issues with smaller screens and lower powered devices that couldn't handle the full web browser experience. Using a USA Today app instead of just going to the website on a desktop/laptop/tablet is ridiculous.

"but there are no legitimate uses for torrents on a mobile phone"

I think you are looking at that photo wrong =) The pen is at the top and the tablet is below it. Both of those aren't the tablet.

Not having a place to store the pen on/in the tablet is massively stupid.

There's only two tablet lines, Tab and Note.

Yeah, they don't work well together at the moment. I think something was just released that would allow them to work but it's new and won't be seen in phones for a bit.

A response from a Gmail User Experience Designer...

How is clicking on Today's Deals considered scouring the site? Or more intuitively, click on Video Games and select Video Game Deals. Anybody who can't figure that out shouldn't be using the Internet. And these aren't simple things when you consider that Amazon has hundreds of sales going on every day across

From that same article.

Because that's not what Amazon's search is used for. It's only for products. Clicking on the sales page to look for sales is pretty straightforward.
