I would pretty much advise everybody to not do this. If an app is misbehaving, uninstall it or tell the developer. Don't make it more complicated then it is for the rare chance that an app leaves stuff running.

I like how the "Learn More" link on the Wikipedia Blackout Page takes you to another Wikipedia page that you see for a half a second before the Blackout Page pops back up. Don't think they thought that one through.

While I do agree, it takes a while for that song to kick in.

I lasted until January 29th before my Hipster meter started to overflow.

Because there is no integration on Android. When you want to share a picture, an app will ask Android to return a list of apps on the device that can handle your request. If you have Facebook installed, it will pop up in the list.

"Why don't they store with the correct names in organized folders?"

I don't have faith in Spotify to make any of their services/products less crappy.

Ok, but Verizon isn't a GSM carrier.

I think it's extremely impressive. It would recognize me 100% of the time. But I also turned mine off simply because I don't need it. Completely different type of service.

"SetCPU is a UI that allows the user to control when to overclock/underclock based on certain parameters, and choose how it manages those clock speeds based on CPU load."

I agree completely. Although, if I had my tablet rooted, I would turn this on just for the apps that my toddler uses. Toddler apps should never have ads. Just let me give you $1 to get rid of them.

Yeah, what richardallen is trying to say is that instead of having a separate app doing the overclocking, some ROMS have the overclocking software built into the OS.
