I think with this Bond they are doing a hard reboot and when Craig bows out they will officially start the fan theory of "Bond is a code name" therefore Blofeld is a part of the lore so if this Craig is a hard reboot then we need Blofeld to enter the mix. I actually noticed an upgrade in the models. In 3 the AK models showed some wear and tear on them while in 4 the guns look fresh and that makes absolute sense, Vaas having to scrape by with the weapons he can get and Min having larger cash reserves purchase newer weapons
