The power of Splatoon, man. Japan freaking looooooooves Splatoon. Honestly out of all the major first party titles the Switch has had so far Splatoon 2 has been the biggest one for Japan.

I can’t wait for TGS. Like over the last several years my excitement for TGS had declined but since the majority of the non-indie third party support for the system will be coming from Japan, TGS suddenly became a lot more important to me.
It helps that if they want to use the system as a console, it is one compact as hell console. Which also really, really helps in Japan where many houses and apartments, especially in the major cities, lack space(for example many people don’t own things like dryers or dishwashers, which is why hanging clothes out to…
“In comparison, it took Sony 69 weeks in Japan to hit 1,523,471 units sold.”
Since I played the hell out of Splatoon 1, many of these DLC weapons I already loved to begin with, so I’m personally looking forward to the truly new weapons. It’s nice getting old weapons I know I have fun using, but I also like exploring the new options too.
Seriously Floor Kids is the under the radar surprise of this showcase. Like I get why everyone is talking up all the other games, because god damn do they look great, but Floor Kids looks really damn fun too.
I dunno. I wonder if they are drawing a connection with how they held cats in high regards and well cats are often stereotyped as being vain and sassy.
We’ve had at least 2:
They actually started making the game. It’s much easier to make a nice looking Kickstarter trailer.
Plus the Predator has invisibility. And the Predator is fucking badass. For all the people going on about how only creeps would want invisibility, badass warrior-assassins/hunters use it too.
To me it looks more like Pikachu is saying, “You think this is a motherfucking game?!”, or something along those lines.
I echo Jango’s suggestion for IBO. It is an Alternate Universe Gundam series meaning you can just jump right in. The main purpose of the AU series is to spread the glory of Gundam to those who don’t want to experience the mainline Universal Century series for one reason or another(main reason usually being the fact…
Oh mine has a massive wall of those fuckers too, just it also has nice things. :P
Hell some GameStops and Barnes & Nobles carrying them too.
GunDAMN that’s a lot of mecha merchandise.
I’m like that too. I finally managed to find one(and only one) last week in my local Best Buy, just sitting on a display table right as I walked in. Immediately grabbed and bought.
Most likely most of the complaining is coming from people who didn’t play Splatfests on Splatoon 1.
Yes this is correct. Point is Super Sea Snails allow you to keep a fresh look even when said clothing items might not have had the best ability kits. :)
It is possible. Though to be fair they also kept messing with Splatfests all through their run in Splatoon 1, sometimes without me even knowing going in, so a few Splatfests I thought my side squeaked out a win ended with defeat because LULZ they changed how much win percentage was worth yet again! >_>
The winning team does in fact get more Super Sea Snails(a limited in-game currency that allows you to re-roll your clothes’ sub-abilities).
