The gameplay is actually genuinely very fun, especially in the later games when they figured out the kinks in their gameplay system.

I on the other hand would probably be on a mad dash to XSeed’s booth as they’re one of my favorite smaller publishers. :P

I’d say Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite was a loser too because not only does the graphics look iffy, but the roster is anemic as fuck for a MvC game. And this is all made worse by Dragonball Fighter Z being unveiled and looking gorgeous as fuck, featuring MvC style 3 v 3 with assists gameplay and more than likely a better…

And that’s the attitude that will kill the Metroid series off. Good show sir. I admire you sticking to your convictions, just don’t go crying when it takes another decade+ for another Metroid game.

Yeah, hard to believe the PS4 and Xbone came out 4 years ago this fall.

Over 60 million in not even 4 full years?! O_o Well no wonder Sony sometimes kicks back and rests on their laurels. They have nothing to worry about.

I’m really kind of fearing Sony is just in full on coast mode now. They have a lead over MS and the Xbone that is all but guaranteed to be insurmountable by now, so why do they care? They are at the point where people are primarily buying PS4s because their friends already had PS4s, so what content Sony themselves…

The F-Zero situation is even weirder. Like they KNOW people care about the characters, they’ve seen the Captain Falcon memes over the years, and they are absolutely willing to mine the franchise for money(see F-Zero tracks in Mario Kart 8), and yet....no new F-Zero game.

Yeah Metroid is on the same tier as Star Fox for Nintendo. They’ll release a new game every now and then, and predictably, the game usually sells like ass, even if the game is really good, and thus back onto the shelf the series goes.

Well, there will be. They haven’t announced it yet, but well this is arguably their main series now.

Oh it definitely will get the Switch attention, especially in the West as we didn’t get XX for 3DS. But Monster Hunter 5 will get it more attention.
