I love the model, the color, the wheels, the rainbow (seriously, that is genius!), the golden thing in the front (goes well with the cat face) and the whole back of the car. What I dislike are the checkered windows especially in combination with the fat unicorn due to brightness. Other than that, I’d ride that for

really cool, now I want to see more!

I’ve always wondered, isn’t it illegal to make art/stuff with video game characters (like all those people in DaWanda and Etsy) and sell it unless you ask for permission (and probably pay for a license)?

for my bachelor project, we also used the wiimote for tracking purposes. I’ve also seen awesome art installations that use the wiimote to track the position of the viewer or another object (like “Odaliscas” by Patricia Reis and Vasco Bila).
Wiimotes are relatively cheap for all the sensors they have.

I’d agree that the manga version is usually better than the anime. Probably because as some has said, it is usually the original and usually the mangas give you even more details and extra stuff that doesn’t make it into the anime.

That said, there are also many mangas which are pretty bad and their anime counterpart

There is a word in German for that commercial: “Fremdscham”. It means it’s so corny, you feel embarrassed yourself because of it. Which is a shame because that song rocks (one of the best from the Rolling Stones in my opinion), and Cara Delevingne is awesome.

And honestly, I also see a lot of people using her and her mistakes as an excuse to fend off any type of criticism that might remotely have anything to do with sexism or women...and that is pretty much the same as using the sexism-card. So the “sexism in games” discussion often feels more like two porcupines shutting

I don’t really follow her as a personality, so I don’t know if she doesn’t take any criticism at all (that would really be a shame). I only know that there are many people that have threatened her life and integrity pretty seriously. Because this is confirmed to be true, there are indeed people that feel threatened by

That makes sense. Comments getting lost is indeed pretty annoying. Sometimes you do have to do a lot of digging to find a particular comment when it is not yours or a reply to one of yours.

I don’t know if it happens to everyone, but when I am writing a comment and erase something by pressing backspace, the cursor will

it might be too late to ask, but why do people dislike Kinja? (honestly clueless here)

I may not agree with many things she says or how she says them (nobody knows the absolute truth anyway), but I think her work and opinion are a valuable contribution to the conversation on sexism and the portrayal of women in the media. If there weren’t so many people that feel threatened by her words and criticism

really well done (and cute and all, can deffinetely see that pixar flair there), especially considering it was done by like 3 people. Thanks for showing it to us!

had to think about Happy Tree Friends there for a sec.

lol, that’s so not true:

it sucks that you got targeted apparently at random just for being male and playing video games (which ironically is exactly what has been happening to a lot of women that play video games).
There is stupid people (and assholes too, that do this shit deliberately just to piss people off) everywhere for sure and I don’t

wonder which one came first

I’ve always wondered how regulated internet downloads really are in Japan (especially of Anime and Manga, but also music and movies).
I guess it is probably illegal, but I wonder how it actually is (you know how people almost everywhere usually download or watch anime without paying for it).
For example in Mexico it is

I haven’t read this comic myself so I don’t know how good or bad it is (sounds promising though). But I think you’re mixing things up here. Hentai and other erotic media from Japan do show pretty peculiar fetishes (I find them fascinating myself too) and have done so for ages now (so you can pretty much find anything

I love the solution they went for, although I’m not sure many people got it back then...
