I love love love this thrift shopping series! Thanks and I’m looking forward to New Orleans. But seriously, the next time you’re in Austin, you have to check out the outlet store on Burleson Rd. It’s a $1.39/ lb (but they make deals on heavier stuff like books/furniture/etc.) It’s crazy and it’s not for the faint of

When I found out that they were married, I thought—’this is why marriage was invented’. Two people who are so awesome that if I found out either one was married to someone different, I’d be pissed off.

I really love this series! Thanks!

Ooooh, please please post this? I’ve never heard of even the idea of sausage and grapes. (And your polenta recipe, too? I’ve been wanting to try again at it. I have some corn meal and my first attempt was disastrous.)

New band name! I called it!

To hell with Skynet, has no one read Varley’s short story/novella ‘Press Enter’?

It’s not just guys. I’m a reader. I read constantly, I always have. I worked in retail for two decades and I remember sitting there in a breakroom, reading quietly. Getting interrupted by nice ol’ ladies who couldn’t believe I’d just sit there reading. I then would sit with old Sony Walkman headphones on (Yes, I’m

We don’t lifestyle it. But I’d never do something that could actually hurt his penis. They pee out of those things ;)

As a Domme, no, hell no, and never would I put that on my fella/sub. No. I would say you should find nicer Dommes.

I could lift up my leg and fart a better person than Bristol Palin.

I thought he did a decent job. He has big shoes to fill and for his first night, I thought it was pretty great. I thought the Whitney Houston joke was funny, though several reviewers have complained about it.

Several years ago, The Fella’s daughter who is crafty, made everyone scrabble tiles with magnets. It’s awesome. The Fella and I have ‘We miss you PTerry’ and I don’t think we’ll ever change it.

Also, that 1984 photo looks CRAZY photoshopped.

My WAG on that was she’s 55 now and has been living near her neighbors for long enough that if she HADN’T reported it, it would’ve looked odd. She had to, thinking that maybe it had been so long, her past wouldn’t come up? Or a ‘I’ve ducked under the radar THIS long...’ Wasn’t the woman in the US that got busted for

I kind want to cry about how crazy awesome this is. This is so no-brainer, how has it not happened. And the pulp cover artwork is amazing! Some of my favorite hours of my life were hours spent with my grandmother in a buy/sell/trade bookstore where she worked. Oh, romance novels. So fun. So cheesy. So awesome.

I’d like to hate her. (I do really.) But mostly I pity her. Her crappy little life has put her in a place to have some power and she doesn’t have anything good to do with it. So, she sows hatred. And watching her speak, I just feel sad for her. I feel sorry for her. She’s a sad little fencepost turtle.

This is seriously the best thing I’ve ever seen. I usually really love the week in tabloids. And this was better.

Hugging you so hard! My Fella sent me a story from a Kentucky newspaper that talked about Mark Shrayber and his bf Allen getting married. I wasn’t sure if it were you, but I am so fricking happy for you!!

I first read that as ‘goat milk SOUP’ and was horrified at what is hipster trending. Soap is not much better.

I want to marry you and have you have my children. Somebody has to: I’m not having them
