I see it as when your kid pitches a fit in a store. What do you do, ignore it? I didn’t. After our conversations in the car, trust me, they never pitched a fit in a store again. Bad behavior needs to be addressed, not ignored.

I’m sorry to hear that. Bad people never can change if they do not ever hear why they are disliked. When I told my ex boss off, then told corporate why I did, they stepped in and fired her immediately. She may not have heard me, but I guarantee she felt me.
