The author of the study that the articles you link to are using as a source is Adrian Zenz, who works for the ultra right wing Victims of Communism Memorial Fund and has written several books detailing the return of the antichrist and how he thinks the Christian end times will play out.

The biggest problem with “Taste the Nation” is that every single story in it has already been covered, and usually better than TTN does it, by another food show. There is not a single original story in the series. It feels totally unnecessary.
