I can’t believe we sat through 2 seasons of Heather telling Sonja what a bad business woman she is when it’s Heather who doesn’t even own a majority interest in her company and according to her lawyer, isn’t even getting paid by yummie anymore.

Heather owns less than 40% of the company. The manager owns 49%. Heather’s husband and the woman who developed the patent with Heather own the rest. They can’t get rid of the manager w/o his approval of a replacement; he still has 49% of the company’s value at stake.

The Yummie Manager had to give permission for her to be on RHONY. He consented for 2 seasons and she had to pay 50% of her earnings to the company (after all, she was doing the show to promote yummie). She didn’t pay.
