Yeah a lot of people would believe me being overdramatic, but I can't support a site that would just write stuff like this or a good chunk of other stuff their media group writes. I understand it is a blog, but there has to be some kind of journalistic integrity right?

This is probably the greatest comment I've ever read in my entire life.

I believe this is where I make my leave from Kotaku. I should have up and gone long ago, but the ridiculousness of Gawker Media as a whole has blown me away. It was a pleasure meeting you all :D

Just like those, exactly like those, grade Z journalism at it's shittiest.

Just thought you should know, after you said this

the UI is hipster-slick

Gotta love them Kotaku click bait headlines.

How many movies have you seen in 60fps? Most are 24fps.

*Sigh* Oh Sony, don't port this into into next gen it makes you seem really desperate,at least MS has the right idea so far.

Eh. Is this one of those games you can replay over and over? Or even bother buying the next-gen version? The gameplay wasn't all that remarkable, and the story is about as straight-forward as it gets.

I personally won't go for it. Slight improvements to textures, 1080p and anti aliasing isn't enough for me to pay full price for the game again. I played the hell out of it last year, don't need to buy it all over again. If you do that is your prerogative and I won't judge you for it. Just seems overpriced for what is

This is why really I wish there was a private match option.

Just mute the game, it's what I do if I can't be bothered hearing a 13 year old shout crap down the mic, enjoyed plenty of online games through this simple method for about a decade, if I want to communicate and be competitive I rally a group of friends.

So everyone slinging insults are straight white guys? Now that's ignorant.

If they are that sensitive, they should. That's why it's there.

I agree that people shouldn't act like assholes, but some people are just like that. So why not save you the trouble and mute them? Simple and quick sollution. :)

I'm a girl who has been playing Halo on xbox live since 2005.. I've heard it all. It's much less bad nowadays though in all honesty.. plus a lot of ppeople don't bother with mics anymore and now we have more tools to report etc than 9 years ago.

I got called an insensitive slur for using the M1014 exclusively in Battlefield 4 (I was grinding weapons in TDM, so there's that). I got annoyed, so I switched to a pistol to humor him. Proceeded to headshot him, then hit the share button and sent him a picture of the double kill+headshot.
He left me alone afterwards.

Well, if there is anything I've learned about people... people can be rather overly sensitive at times. But the bigger question is why don't they use a mute button?

There are lot's of idiots out there for sure. Ruining a game experience though? That's pretty damn sensitive there. You're bound to run into a lot of problems in life if you let other people ruin things for you just by being jerks.
