Uh no. Motomu Toriyama and Isamu Kamikokuryo designed and created Final Fantasy XIII. You leave Tetsuya Nomura out of this. He did a lot of Final Fantasy games, but not this train wreck.
While this is excellent cosplay, I’m now going to nitpick the character designer’s choice of armor design. Kilory here kills it, but it reminds me of my biggest problem with LRFFXIII:

It wasn’t weird like it wasn’t bad. It was top-notch, actually. It’s just that he was dressing as a girl, who was dressing as a guy. It was this cross-dress-ception thing that was mindboggling if you though about it to hard.
About that... My boss at a camp I work at actually did cosplay as Shiek (who is a guy) and it was weird.
