Please, I’ve been working on cars all my life!! Raising your hood to cool off your car is bullshit!!! They’re blocking the cameras!!! BTW. Since when have police dedepartments start raising their hoods because of a cooling issue???????? The cops are doing what they do best, skirting the law!!
