Yes, primary elections have significantly lower turnout that general elections, which is its own problem. But in the general election she got over 110,000 votes. In 2014, the previous midterm election, there were about 67,000 votes total. So, do you have a good point to make?

Alternately: she challenged and defeated a ten-term incumbent Congressman, winning the primary vote by close to 15 percentage points, and did it while spending less than $200k compared to his $3.4 million.
