Alright. I’ve been on the fence about the rinseless wash for ages, but with drought and water restrictions here in Texas likely a fact of life form now forward, I just ordered some after watching this. Let’s see what happens.

When done properly, ONR and other waterless washes are very safe, even for road grime. The issues occur when gritty substances like caked on mud or sand are on the paint. These need to be rinsed (or pressure washed) off first. 

No, it doesn’t bird poo isn’t hard, like sand. When it is dry, it just gets crusty. Soften it up with some waterless wash or detail spray and it wipes right off. Waterless wash liquids have cleaners, lubricants and some(times) wax in them to clean and protect the paint all at once. I am a detailer and love waterless…

Don’t wash in direct sunlight unless you plan on doing one panel at a time (to dry off the washed area before moving to another), or have access to a purified water source.
