Not sure if there are other recent examples, but one of those rare instances where the manufacturer did not raise power or upgrade the transmission generation to generation but rather focused on weight reduction, suspension tuning and aerodynamics almost exclusively…

Since they already made it look like an Accord might as well give it the 2.0T and 10 Speed/manual and make it a performance Type-R sedan.
