It’s a Linconiti!

Does anyone have a good guesstimate on when we can get a no-nonsense electric car (CUV) with decent space (and not a cramped compact), 300 miles of range and starting under $30K (Before tax credits)?

As much as of a cesspool that Facebook is, it does help in outing racist trash out there and making them (hopefully) face consequences for things that would not have been exposed otherwise.

I will temper my expectations until I test drive both this and the K5 GT next year and see if it can beat the Accord 2.0T (which I have already test driven). Leaning towards the Kia because of the styling.

This is all the car I’ll ever need. One day I’ll make enough money to buy it CPO.

Man, say what you want but Boomers know how to party like there’s no tomorrow

All likely true but the average consumer who drives the volume doesn’t care. In fact they will pay more for the worse vehicle if they have to choose between the two just because it is an “SUV”

So...

I see Ford’s strategy here- Those who want to tackle the concrete jungle will take the lifted Ford Focus hatch and those who want to Escape to the great outdoors frequently will go for the Baby Bronco.

Not my kind of vehicle, but it looks really cool especially in that 2 door form. Like it more than the JL

Everything is an “SUV” these days. From 2" lifted hatchbacks to wagons. Oh, and all sedans are “4 door coupes”

By steps, Subaru. I expect it to finally come with the 2.0T option in 10 years.

If we all followed Dave Ramsey’s advice religiously, We’d only drive 10 year old Civics and Corollas

The Elantra N is coming

IMO Mazda is not going for these hot hatches with the 3 turbo. They’re going after the A class and A3 and such. A more value oriented premium non-German alternative. But that itself is a weird spot as the segment doesn’t see a lot of sales.

Waiting to see what Elon will tweet in response to this.

The Korean market Genesis G70 has something similar as well

Finally a touchscreen! Cant wait to buy this in 2030 when I can afford it.
