Heheh. Call me a prophet if you must.

I like everything about the design except those awful “teardrop tattoo” headlight scoops.

They should offer an AWD version

Shit like this is why the fully autonomous future of the automobile is a long way out. They’re gonna be “perfecting” it for decades.

Production version will look like this

2.5Turbo+ AWD+Wagon ~$35K- Heck I’d buy one tomorrow!

This is not a sport sedan . It’s a damn good family sedan tho. This is more like a Lexus- quiet comfortable elegant ride with a nice interior (Signature trim) + added boost. Yes it handles much better than a comparable lexus, but drive the Accord and the 6 back to back and you’ll see. I did.

I have been watching some video reviews today including one with you + Driving SportsTV. Do you think that 6.1 is being overstated by Subaru? because it sure does feel like a 6.5 to 7 second car at best.

If you don’t want to deal with buying new from a Kia dealership (I’ve personally never had a problem), you could always get one these barely used ones under $35K from a non-Kia dealership

Ah, memories of Scions

If the ads are anything to go by, unless you’re in an area with Hip-multicultural urban millennials you may not see one.

So it’s not confirmed for US but I find it hard to believe there is any company out there that wouldn’t want to exploit the crossover glut, Perhaps they want to fill every niche within a niche

If the sale actually does go thru, would be it renamed Trumpland?

Stick the turbo engine from the Lexus NX 200t (235 hp at 5,600 rpm and 258 lb.-ft. of torque from 1,650-4,000 rpm) in it and make it a hot hatch!

I am not generally a fan of Crossovers/SUVS whatever name you call them but this one is the first that is actually desirable to me as a family vehicle I would want to drive, especially with those Hybri specs. IMO it’s a triumphant return of American luxury.

Can you at least neither confirm nor deny that this will have a Turbo V6 with over 350 HP?
