If there are flashbacks to Peru, there had better be a Home for Retired Bears in there. That’s the cinematic universe I’m here for.

Broadening one’s own music style with different genres isn’t a bad move in the long term.  It gives an artist more tools for their creative process.

Texas Hold ‘Em sounds like a Bluegrass song, the call and response is popular in bluegrass too. It could be a Fruition song, honestly.

So it sounds like they completed a pilot with Waller-Bridge, and then recast?  That would be fascinating to compare the two, and see what her take on Jane was going to be.

Seems to be a whole lot of taking the claims at face value and repeating them. Is this some kind of weird advertorial content?

And possibly an indictment about how terrible he is.

Maybe that’s the reason why he burned through 5k profiles? She was the only one to be okay with this. 🤔

As cynical as it sounds, I have doubts a relationship started this way will last. One of the biggest factors in maintaining a relationship is putting in the effort and NOT just letting it pilot itself.

Likely to draw attention to the issue. It’s a very popular show so I assume the “Action for the River Kennet” organization figured name dropping the show would make it newsworthy, even if it doesn’t actually affect the show at all.

That was what I noticed too. Regardless of cab size, a manual option would be awesome in the US.

The US has similar trucks, but they are full sized trucks. With English Road widths, I think a Ranger or even a Maverick sized truck would be a better fit.

So it’s an actual truck—meant for getting stuff done by hauling a lot of stuff—I love it. Such a welcome sight compared to those overbearing crew-cab sedans with the exposed trunks that now pass for “trucks”.

There are more answers than just “you search for more than you think you do” to explain eerie ad appearances. I expect people will also reject these explanations, even though there’s never been even a single instance of a substantiated claim of “listening” advertising:

I thought his issue with this season was that it also doesn’t plagiarize Thomas Ligotti and Alan Moore verbatim.
