It’s a quote from British Vogue. They spelled it that way.

yah I never throw shade at child stars, no matter the level of success into adulthood. I think unless you experienced it, the impacts of fame on your psyche while you are kid is something that can’t really be understood by us non-famous folk.

Growing up the way she did I can entirely understand why she needs ‘practices and protocols’ designed for her, because her life has been regimented since she was a kid.

I don’t think it was a written interview with British Vogue.

I wonder what those big yellow signs with the arrow pointing to the crosswalk means? And that one in the center with the image of a pedestrian with a...what’s it called again...YIELD sign above it mean?? The mind boggles!!

There’s still time to take this post down, Karen. Your village wants their idiot back...

The pedestrian was far enough along the crosswalk that the car should have stopped for them. A human driver may have have accelerated and not stopped either, but that doesn’t make it right.

It is state law to yield to pedestrians in a crosswalk. You can tell because there’s a sign clearly visible in the video that says exactly that. The Tesla failed to yield to the pedestrian in the crosswalk, breaking the law. So it either didn’t know, or it did know and broke the law anyway. Those are the only two

It’s straight-up illegal. You must yield to pedestrians in crosswalks — as in stopping your car. In particular, if this were a kid, you can’t predict that they won’t suddenly speed up. The purpose of yielding is that you don’t have to deal with the what ifs.

I’m riffing off something I read elsewhere but, a world where AI gets to write poetry and paint pictures all day while I get run over by autonomous vehicles on my way to a minimum wage job is not the future I was promised.

I’ve decided that if I have to pick a side in the Vin Diesel/Dwayne Johnson feud, I’d go with Diesel. They’re both insufferable and pretentious in their own way, but I think Diesel wants to be an actor and Johnson wants to be a star, and one of those I can respect more than the other.

“full transparency” doesn’t excuse behavior that leverages power dynamics involving authority, fame, money, or age (or other imbalances in status)

Considering certain people have taken to throwing around the word “groomer” as an insult, I thought I’d point out that this is actually what grooming looks like. Grooming is not something that happens to child watching a dude in drag read a book for a few minutes. It’s persistent, it’s intimate, and it’s usually coerce

The right likes to call Soros a communist. For a communist, he sure is good at capitalism.

Concerning. Looking into this.

Tolerance is good, healthy and necessary in any society.

I got banned from Reddit for suggesting, mildly, that Nazis deserved to be punched.

I also work in film and photography and I always look at the tattoos during shooting and editing. Unless I was doing a shoot about something being a Nazi I wouldn’t have let that through.

Tattoos aren’t something you get in an instant. This dude sat there for 2-3 hours jerking off to Hitler while the Nazi tattoo artist stabbed him with a needle filled with ink. To commit to a tattoo you really must want it. Your tattoos are like a quick reference sheet of who you are. Sure some people get stupid

If the guy legitimately had turned the corner and left that world behind, I can’t imagine he’d be going around very often in public with short sleeves.  This was his job right?
