“I played shortstop in the minors but then I took an arrow to the knee.”
Yeah and also these guys get paid money to play a kids’ game. They’re living the dream. I remember a time when Fergie Jenkins had to work as an auto mechanic during the off-season just to make ends meet. And the man is a goddamn hall of famer. Although he shouldn’t be since he only won 295 games. What’s up with that…
No, this is a restored Land Cruiser. A hipster one would be deconstructed and served on a slab of teak.
Finally automakers are getting on with the times. It was obvious to anyone, other than automakers, that these cameras should act as recording devices if the driver wants to. Unfortunately we live in a world where you have to record everything if you want to make sure you are right. Can’t trust other drivers. Make it a…
I think you’re exaggerating. I’ve been to DC lots of times and I’ve never been able to find a street parking place downtown.

I’m surprised Baylor accepted that; everyone knows Ken Starr is not a fan of oral.
In this week’s SI, there’s a quote that really struck me:
Yeah, it is an unusual move, especially given how quite a few autonomous driving partnerships have broken down over who got access to the data.
